1 . General information
This Privacy Policy aims to present Users with the rules for dealing with personal data of Users of the website www.Ludonious.media, hereinafter referred to as the „Website”.
The information below provides a simple illustration of what happens to the User’s data when visiting and using the Website. Here you will find all information regarding the data that is collected and information about Users’ rights.
2. Personal Data Administrator.
Ludonious Managementy Ltd. based in 30 Vyzantiou Street, 2nd Floor, Office 22, P.C. 2064 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter: LUDONIOUS) is the owner of the Website and the administrator of personal data and processes personal data regarding Users obtained via the Website.
LUDONIOUS has appointed a Personal Data Inspector, whom the User can contact via the email address: contact@ludoniousmanagement.com
LUDONIOUS applies technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the Act and change, loss, damage or destruction.

3 . Type of data collected and scope of their use.
LUDONIOUS collects only the data that it is entitled to obtain under applicable law and that is necessary to ensure that the User can use the Website to the extent that the User wants it. The scope of personal data provided to LUDONIOUS by the User depends on the functionalities that the User uses via the Website.
Users’ personal data are used by LUDONIOUS for the following purposes:
a) enable the User to use the functionalities and services available via the Website;
b) communication with the User;
c) considering submitted complaints;
d) analyzing and improving the functioning of the Website.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data, depending on the purpose of data processing, may be consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interest of the administrator or another basis resulting from the GDPR or other legal provisions.
LUDONIOUS will use the information collected during the registration process about the User to provide the services provided and to send marketing information or present information about LUDONIOUS services and products.
User data may also be used to analyze behavior on the Website, collect demographic data about Users or to personalize the content of the Website. The data provided during correspondence between the User and LUDONIOUS will be used solely for the purpose of correspondence.
Providing personal data by the User is completely voluntary, however, it is necessary for the User to use the service in connection with which the request for personal data was made or to respond to the User’s message addressed to LUDONIOUS. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. LUDONIOUS may transfer or make available the User’s personal data to third parties:
a) when LUDONIOUS is obliged to transfer the User’s personal data to third parties, in particular to relevant state authorities, if the transfer data is obliged to LUDONIOUS by generally applicable provisions of law;
b) entities cooperating with LUDONIOUS and business partners who participate in the process of providing services to the User (e.g. accounting offices, entities providing IT tools, law firms, etc.);
c) Clients/Advertisers of LUDONIOUS who intend to commission or commission LUDONIOUS to conduct an advertising campaign via advertising spaces provided by the User. Personal data will be processed for the period in which the user’s account is registered on the Website, until the user withdraws consent to their processing or for the period specified by law.
4. User Rights
The user has the right at any time to request from LUDONIOUS access to his or her personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
